The magic of Aloe Vera: (called Kattar Vazha in Kerala)
I had heard of Aloe vera since a long time. But I was surprised with the results.
My wife had rather rough, dry skin along her palms (due of course to repeated dish-washing and other toils) . But, just a few days back,
she started applying the gel from within the leaf of this plant, on her palm and face.
After just 5 days of daily application for a few minutes, her skin (palm), felt soft
and delicate. I could not believe it.
Method: cut off the leaf (say about an inch of it); extract the gel like stuff from within the
thick leaf and apply it liberally, spreading it on the skin. Leave it for 10 to 20 minutes.
Then wash it off. See the difference after just 4 to 5 days of daily application.
